Dreams and Visions

Act 2:17

“ ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.

Do you have dreams that seem so real they shake you to the core or feel as though you are there? Do you have vivid day dreams or visions as they are called during daytime while awake? There is a lot of this going on now in my generation and the next younger generation now. When I turned my life over to God I told Him have Your way with me Oh Lord. Teach me Your ways and fill me with Your word. Give me wisdom, understanding and insight Lord. I became very starved for The Lord and all that He is and had. I spent long hours in His word and in prayer never seeming to get enough. He started giving me dreams and visions and would talk with me. It was hard for me at first to understand them especially because they spoke to me of my life and what was happening. God was showing me areas in my life that I needed to change and He was bringing that to pass. These things did not happen right away, some took years but He was faithful in causing me to change and my circumstances as well. He was teaching me His ways bringing my to be like Him. Then I would have visions also but of things to come in my life and the world here on earth. I would watch these events unfold then take them to heart and store them in my mind (spiritual filing cabinet). Some would not happen for some time yet they do unfold in their season. We all have an internal clock built in us for God's seasons of change. We know within ourselves change is going to happen, something big. 

He gives us these dreams and visions for us to know the times and time that is at hand and what is coming. He is calling His people home. We play major roles in helping Him call His people home. You can be sure that He has poured out His Spirit upon the earth and is working on you and in you to gather you and His people. There is a hunger and unction burning inside you that is stirring you up to change seek more of Him. 

Do not let this yearning go unfulfilled. He wants you home along with all His other people. When you start having these dreams and visions seek Him and embrace for change. The calling on your life is to be with Him and help bring others home also. God Bless you and keep you and His face shine upon you.
