Life can be harsh sometimes!

                     Jesus has given us a lighter yoke in life.

   Life can really deal us some harsh times causing us grief, hurt and pain. God's news daily is here to shed some light on this harshness that we tend to go through in life from the choices we make or just circumstances that occur without our approval.

[Gen 3:6-7 KJV] 6 And when the woman saw that the tree [was] good for food, and that it [was] pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make [one] wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. 7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they [were] naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

 Eve is tempted into disobeying God's command to not eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. She saw that the fruit was pleasing to the eyes and would give her knowledge and ate of it. Adam her husband also ate of it when she handed it to him. Then they saw they were not clothed and hid.

God came to walk and talk with Adam but could not find him for he hid himself because he was not clothed. God realized Adam had eaten from the tree of knowledge of good and evil and told him what was to come from his action of eating from the of knowledge of good and evil. They were cursed because of this choice they made to disobey God. 

So from that day forward we have been cursed to go through harsh times. Now these harsh times are not excuses for us to not live an abundant and joyous life. They in fact help to develop the strength and power we need to over come the harsh times. 

Harsh times are not fun but they do help develop us to be what God created us to be. We have to fight and over come our emotions and wants to develop the strength and power we need in this life in order to have a fruitful, abundant and joyous life. 

We learn ed something that we were not to have ever learn ed. That is disobedience and being deceived. We lost our innocence in that moment and were cursed to live out a life of harsh times and tragedies and ultimately death.

Satan still to this day tries to deceive us and get us to disobey God. We have been given a way out from the curse through Jesus Christ and His obedience to God by not sinning and dying on the cross. Then Jesus received his strength and power to take His life up again  and live forever and by doing so given us this redeeming grace to live with Him forever and give us strength and power to take up our lives and be redeemed. 

There is no greater strength or power than that of Jesus Christ. Satan only has what you give him. Through his deception if you fall into it he has the right to make things really hard for you. The only way to defeat him and keep him at bay is through Jesus Christ and living the life of Jesus Christ.

                                                                     

    

To live the life of Jesus Christ is to follow Him and His way. He is the only way and truth to life eternal with Him. This means sacrificing our wants for His needs and commands. Thank you Jesus Christ for being the Son of God and living a pure and sinless life so that we could have life and have it eternally with you. I believe and follow you and your commands.
