Power and Authority given to Us!

       Jesus gave Us power and authority to help others with.

                                                                              

   When we receive God's Holy Spirit we are empowered with power and authority from Jesus Christ to help us live and help others. It is meant for the advancement of The Kingdom of God. Jesus Christ served others and that is what He expects us to do also. As it says in Isaiah 58 6-7.

[Isa 58:6-7 KJV] 6 [Is] not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

 7 [Is it] not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that you bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when you see the naked, that you cover him; and that you hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

This is the true nature and cause of Jesus Christ who came into this world to redeem and save us from sin. For we have been living this life given to us wrong. We have been serving ourselves and not others. We are our Brothers keeper and this is what Jesus Christ came to show and teach us. Through His Holy Spirit we can and will live this life as our Brothers keeper. 

                               
                         

                                                                          

God's news daily is that He will provide all that we need each day just as He did for Israel in the wilderness. We live in a current wilderness where we are faced with temptation everyday wondering where we will live, what food will we eat, what clothes will we wear and so on. 

The world teaches us that we are to care about these things and not trust God for them but God has always and will always provide what we need to live and live abundantly. He owns everything.

God gives us what we need to help others and and live a victorious and abundant life. As we help advance His Kingdom helping others we get blessed even more so. For we are not just helping others but also building up treasures in heaven for ourselves awaiting our return. 

                                                                             

Jesus Christ never did anything of His own. He did what His Father showed Him and what The Holy Spirit lead Him to do. He as us had to be empowered by The Holy Spirit to accomplish what He set out to do. So how can we without Jesus Christ expect to do as He did and even greater works than He did. We only receive The Holy Spirit when we come, receive and follow Jesus Christ. There is not other way.

His power and authority works today as it did then and even more so for greater works than His. Do not be afraid to heal someone, deliver someone, forgive someone and so on. We have that power and authority. Preaching the Gospel to those who need it is saving their lives and planting seeds for the Holy Spirit to work and redeem and save them through Jesus Christ. We are commanded to do our part as was Jesus Christ. 

There is no greater love than to give your life for others. This is God's news daily!
