God talks to us in our dreams.
We all have dreams. Some are good, some are scary and some just don't make sense. God talks to us in pictures and words in our sleep. Growing up I used to have all kinds of dreams ranging from scary to happy. I always wondered why we have dreams. I learned sometimes our minds are so busy they show us things or help us to reason and understand what we are thinking about.
God also shows and tells us things while we are a sleep because we are silent and can hear Him. He tells us things that need answers and things that are to come and even warns of us impending danger or consequences of a decision we are about to make. He has our best interest in mind.
Dreams can hold pieces to our future. Sort of a picture to tell us what it will be like. Then one day you experience something that feels like deja vu ( you have seen this before). This is a lot of what dreams do for us. They give us warnings or glimpses in to the future and shows us what may happen or will happen due to decisions we make. In those minutes of deja vu we remember an out come of a certain decision or what may happen if we do a certain thing.
Some will tell you it is your subconscious mind but in truth it is God's Spirit showing you the out come of what will happen at that moment in a decision you make. I have learned to use God's guidance to keep myself out of danger and certain circumstances. God shows us if we follow His Spirit
[Jhn 16:13 KJV] 13 when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
[Num 12:6 NIV] 6 he said, "Listen to my words: "When there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams.
God has spoken to many people in dreams like those in the bible. Joseph, Daniel, and many others. We can see that He still needs to get us in a quiet place and no better place than in our sleep. So next time you have a dream think about what does it say, what emotions were with it, where was it at and so on. Each thing in it has a certain meaning to you so that should help guide you in to it's interpretation.
Many people can see an apple but not have the same interpretation about it. Think on things that meet your interpretation and you can solve your question about your dream. God speaks to us in our own understanding. Use scripture to help you in understanding dreams. That's God's news daily today.
